Given the ebb and flow of the COVID-19 pandemic, digital evangelism has become a staple in the outreach programme of the West Jamaica Conference. Accordingly, the second online evangelistic series for 2021 will begin on Sabbath, July 17, 2021. The first one for the year began in February themed “Footprints of Hope: Walking with Jesus” evangelistic series and was led by Pastor Glen O. Samuels, Conference President; over eight hundred (800) baptisms resulted.

The Conference began online evangelistic series in September 2020 hosting two such campaigns for that year. The current series is the “Nature Speaks...Hope for Tomorrow” featuring Pastor Donovan F. Williams, Executive Secretary of West Jamaica Conference as the Evangelist and Pastor Vincent Rose, Ministerial Secretary of the Conference as the Co-Evangelist. The programme will be aired at 7:00pm on weeknights (except Mondays and Thursdays) and at 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sabbaths on the West Conference Communication Channel (WCCN), Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Promotion of this new campaign includes a massive online push, as well as ad campaigns to strengthen its reach. Special features will include: marriage and family counselling, Bible Study, blessing of babies, prayer sessions as well as skills training from HEART/NSTA Trust.
