On Sabbath, May 24, 2025, the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Footprints, brought its Children’s Evangelistic Series to a close with powerful messages from two young speakers Deandra Foote and Eli Stewart.
The afternoon’s programme featured the formal launch of the Children and Youth Mission Clubs and the consecration of over 40 children and youth for mission. The launch was moderated by Elder Jacqueline Brown of the Seventh-day Adventist Church,Savanna-la-Mar.

Pastor Byron Anglin, of the Sheffield District, delivered a stirring charge to the newly inducted members, focusing on the call to bold service for Christ. Among the attendees were Host Pastor Horace Locke, and Pastor Donald Smith who now serves the Bath District. His wife, Yvonne Smith, officiated the symbolic pinning ceremony, which marked the official start of the mission clubs.
A special video message was shared from Carol James, Director of Children, Women, and Adolescents Ministries at the West Jamaica Conference, offering words of encouragement and support. The program also featured vibrant musical presentations, sign language ministry, and expressive speech presentations by the children.

During the programme, special recognition was also given to Marva Esson for her long-standing service; Sis. Monica Grant for being an outstanding supporter, and Arianna Monteque and Akeishiah Scarlett for their exceptional attendance during the evangelistic series.
